About Us

With over 40 years experience, a qualification in Horticulture and Floristry from The Welsh College of Horticulture, as well as working and training in some of the world’s key countries of floristry such as Switzerland, South Africa, Japan, and Germany; Gail opened a florist shop in Cowbridge in 1994 and for 26 years was a very popular feature of the high street. Now based at her new country studio in beautiful countryside  which is bursting with beautifully fresh, high quality flowers suitable for any occasion. A great design space to create and develop new ideas for her website and YouTube channel.

After achieving the highest accolade when winning a Gold medal at The Chelsea Flower Show as well as spending 3 years as head of floristry at Harrods in London Gail’s reputation as a skillful florist has grown from strength to strength. This is because we, as a team, pride ourselves on our naturalistic approach to flowers choosing seasonal blooms where possible and exploring the length and breadth of Britain to bring the best locally sourced flowers our country has to offer.

Our flowers range from Narcissi from The Isles of Scilly, Pinks and Irises from Cornwall, Tulips from Lincoln, Daffodils from Glamorgan to Aquilegia, Sweet Peas and Herbs from our own gardens; and. A New venture growing wild flowers and exotic bulb flowers all hand picked daily to ensure our customers have the widest possible choice for weddings, events or for that special person.

If ever you feel you need a gift to compliment your flower bouquet, we offer a range of decorative hearts, love spoons , soft teddies  and Chocolates that would be a wonderful treat for anyone at any age. Also, our first class delivery service spans local areas and with addition of a national delivery service for dried and silk flowers we can ensure your flowers arrive on time and in the best condition.

We believe your garden should be an extension of your home, which is why our florist studio grows seasonal and interesting plants to fill our b.askets and pots for you to take home and enjoy outside where they can flourish and become a part of your home. We also offer a planting service, filling pots and baskets with that seasons plants. We have a wide range of indoor houseplants both flowering and foliage. Hanging plants and succulents are some of our favourites. If you are looking for something different from a Citrus  tree to an Olive then give us a call . We are famous for our summer hanging baskets which are available to pre order from March and are ready in early June. Order early as we always sell out !

New to our range are the Wall Art pieces that are totally unique and handmade with unusual materials. Bespoke designed for walls, doors For home office or business. If you would like a sculpture for your space give us a call to discuss the ideas. Also our range of gift boxes filled with flowers both fresh and dried are proving popular. The lids hand painted by Gail making for a unique keepsake box.

Our staff are extremely passionate and dedicated to delivering outstanding service whilst Gail aims to present only the best nature can offer, so you feel totally inspired from the moment you step foot in our studio. We deliver in our vans personally and Our delivery area is within 10 miles of us here in Cowbridge
